Stevie Wonder- Superstition (Live)

Pretty much the greatest song by the artist with one of the most memorable hooks of all time, it just never grows old. This is my man Stevie with the band in the studio circa 1973. I also included a version of the same song recoded live on Sesame Street, if that's not the pimpest thing a performer can do I don't know what is.

Wes Montomery- Nica's Dream (Live)

Wes Montgomery is accompanied by a group of young Dutch musicians, probably all still in their early twenties. Although unknown in the larger part of the world these are Pim Jacobs piano, his younger brother Ruud on bass and drummer Han Bennink. They can compete with the best in that larger part of that world. "Wes" Montgomery (1923 - 1968) Montgomery is often considered the greatest of modern Jazz guitarists. This is Wes live in 1965.

Richie Havens- Freedom (Live)

Recorded live at Woodstock 1969. This song was improvised on the spot by Haven's as he was on for much longer than expected becasue the following band didn't show on time. The song turned out to be Richie's biggest hit and one of the stand-out performances in the festival.

Creedence Clearwater Revival- Lookin' Out My Back Door

Jammin' in the studio with John Fogerty and the boys from Creedence Clearwater Revival. This song was memorably featured in the classic stoner film "The Big Lewboski" directed by the Coen Brothers. This song is so much fun.
