Based on counter-cultures greatest writer Hunter S. Thompson's book "Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas. This movie follows the epic drug journey of Raul Duke (Thompsons alter ego) and his attourney through Vegas in search of the "American Dream." Directed by Monty Python writer Terry Gilliam. This film is best viewed on the same drugs the main characters are on, LSD among other things.

Huge country hit from the seventies was also featured in the movie "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" directed by Terry Gilliam, based on the book by legendary counter-culture author and "gonzo" journalist Hunter S. Thompson.
