The Crusaders- Street Life

Feartured in Quentin Terantino's masterpice Jackie Brown which re-created the mood and plots of the 70s blaxploitation films such as Coffy, Foxy Brown and Sweet Sweetback's Badassssss Song.

Marvin Gaye- Got to Give it Up (Live)

Live in Montreux 1980.

Marvin Gaye- Whats Goin On (Live)

One of the first soul artists to really put his own soul into his lyrics. This is a timeless classic. This is an excerpt from the recently released DVD of some of Marvin's greatest live performances on TV and film, "Real Thing: In Performance 1964-1981," This live performance comes from the long out-of-circulation 1973 film, "Save The Children" with James Jamerson on bass.

Michael Jackson- Don't Stop Till You Get Enough

It's all about having a good time. From Michael's solo debut "Off the Wall." This was before all the none-sense and accusations of child molesting. This was back when Mike was basically a normal dude.

Michael Jackson- Billie Jean (Live)

One of 9 hit singles from the highest selling album of all time, "Thriller."Most of you are probably thinking or shouting "this man is a child molesting freak and should die." Take it easy. He is now but he wasen't back then, Mike was a badass way back in the early 80s when this performance took place (depending on your definition of badass of course.) Anyway one can't debate the dance skills this dude has. He has fallen farther than perhaps any artist in history.

Stevie Wonder- Living for the City

1973 Motown Time Capsule Video featuring the song Living for the City by Stevie Wonder. One of Stevie's more socially concious songs.

Stevie Wonder- Boogie on Reggae Woman

1975 Motown time capsule video featuring the song Boogie on reggae woman by Stevie Wonder. One of my personal favorites.

Little Stevie Wonder- Fingertips (Live)

The legend Stevie Wonder singing and playing the harmonica live as a teenager. That's soul legend Marvin Gaye on the drums. What the Christ happend to black music?

Stevie Wonder- Uptight (Live)

This was sort of a comeback on the charts for the 15 year old kid. Jeff Beck was one of many who musicians were impressed by this genius in the early 70's and said that "music seems to come out of his ass". The video gets cut off a little at the end but I want you to know "everything is alright."

Stevie Wonder- Superstition (Live)

Pretty much the greatest song by the artist with one of the most memorable hooks of all time, it just never grows old. This is my man Stevie with the band in the studio circa 1973. I also included a version of the same song recoded live on Sesame Street, if that's not the pimpest thing a performer can do I don't know what is.
